Aromas of roasted grain, dried beef, and caramelized nuts with a silky, dry-yet-fruity medium body and a marmalade on date bread, sweet creme brulee, mineral, and delicate spice finish. A very tasty blend that is sure to please.
Lombard Gold Label Old Blend was the first brand to be released from Lombard as it diversified into the cased goods market during the early 1980s. An award winning blend, Gold Label Old Blend was a good reflection of the company’s mood to produce a whisky that aimed to recreate the prewar image of whisky and to re establish traditional whisky values.
