Process: The grapejuice is extracted in low-pressure pneumatic presses. After the clarification, the must is fermented at low temperature with selected yeasts. The wine is fermented in airtight tanks (Charmat Method) at 12°C.

SALTON INTENSO SPARKLING BRUT 7.5%, brilliant, with straw tonality and greenish reflections. Abundant detachment of small bubbles of gas, shaped like a rosary. Good foaming, good persistence. Aroma of flowers (like acacia flower) and citrus fruits, green apple, toasted bread, dry yeast. Fresh, pleasant and creamy flavor.
