  • SALTON SPARKLING INTENSO BUBBLES is a light yellow colored wine with greenish hues. It displays abundant and delicate bubbles that form intense white mousse. Its aroma is explosive, with fruity notes –peach, lemon, orange blossom, pineapple –and flowery notes –rose, jasmine, white flowers. Its sweetness is perfectly balanced with its acidity and a creamy mousse that involves the entire palate, leaving a pleasant fruity sensation in the mouth.

  • SALTON SPARKLING POÉTICA ROSÉ  has a delicate bright pink color building a mousse of persistent fine bubbles. Its aromas are fruity, with notes of small berries and citrus, and subtle notes of yeast and toasted bread. Creamy refreshing and soft on the palate, with a pleasant aftertaste.

  • SALTON SPARKLING PROSECCO is a wine of a bright greenish clear color, abundant perlage of fine bubbles and excellent foaming. Pleasant scent of flowers and fruit, such as pear, green apple and peach. It has fresh, balanced and creamy taste.

    • Process: Once the must is obtained, it is clarified by flotation and then fermented at a controlled temperature around 16 ° C. After the fermentation process, the wine is promptly centrifuged. With the clear base wine, the second fermentation begins in autoclaves with the addition of the tirage liquor. The process is carried out at a controlled temperature of 14ºC. Once the frothing is complete, the sparkling wine is stabilized and centrifuged. Soon, the dispense liquor is added to finally be filtered and bottled
